Our Story

Founded in 2025 by a team of technology and healthcare veterans, AutoMinds was born out of a simple observation: medical and dental front desks are overwhelmed.

Between managing patient check-ins, dealing with insurance verifications, and answering a constantly ringing phone, staff members are burning out. We realized that while AI was transforming other industries, healthcare administration was largely left behind due to the need for extreme accuracy and deep human empathy.

Our mission is to build the world's most intelligent and empathetic AI voice assistant specifically designed for healthcare practices.

We don't believe in replacing the human touch. Instead, we believe in augmenting it. By allowing AutoMinds to handle the repetitive, high-volume tasks—like scheduling, answering FAQs, and capturing insurance details—we free up human staff to provide the personalized, face-to-face care that patients truly need.

Why Empathy Matters

Calling a doctor or dentist is rarely a purely transactional experience. Patients might be in pain, confused about their coverage, or anxious about a procedure. A robotic IVR menu ("Press 1 for Scheduling") only adds to that frustration.

That's why we invested heavily in making AutoMinds sound incredibly natural. It pauses, it listens, it speaks fluently in English and Spanish, and most importantly, it shifts its tone to match the emotional context of the caller.
