1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AutoMinds Technologies' website or AI Voice Assistant services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our service.
2. Scope of Service
AutoMinds provides an AI-powered voice assistant designed for healthcare clinics to handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments, and perform triage functions. The Service is provided "as is" and relies on the accuracy of the underlying Practice Management System (e.g., Open Dental, Dentrix) to which it is connected.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a healthcare provider using AutoMinds, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining an active, reliable connection to your Practice Management System.
- Providing accurate instructions, business hours, and operational policies for the AI to follow.
- Signing a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with AutoMinds prior to processing any Protected Health Information (PHI).
4. Limitation of Liability
AutoMinds uses advanced AI models to converse with patients. While we strive for absolute accuracy, the AI may occasionally misunderstand complex queries. AutoMinds Technologies shall not be held liable for any missed appointments, miscommunications, or lost revenue resulting from the use of the Service. AutoMinds does not provide medical advice, and patients presenting with severe emergencies should always be directed to 911 by the clinic's own recorded greetings.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect for existing customers.
