1. Program Description

AutoMinds LLC ("AutoMinds") provides an AI receptionist platform to independent dental practices. Through this program, AutoMinds sends text messages to patients on behalf of your dental office, including:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Recall and hygiene visit reminders
• Follow-ups after a missed call to the practice

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

2. Consent

By providing your mobile number to your dental office and agreeing to receive texts (for example, on a new-patient form, verbally when speaking with the practice's phone assistant, or by texting START to the practice's number), you consent to receive the messages described above from AutoMinds on behalf of that practice. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving dental care.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and your practice's recall schedule.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent after that. You may also ask your dental office to remove you. You can rejoin at any time by replying START or UNSTOP.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery

The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers and AutoMinds are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. No Sensitive Information by Text

Our messages do not include treatment details, diagnoses, or other clinical information. Please do not send sensitive health information by text. Contact your dental office by phone for that.

10. Use of the Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.

11. Intellectual Property

The website, the AutoMinds name and logo, and all content are owned by AutoMinds LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoMinds and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the website or the text messaging program.
